Terms and Conditions of Membership
The following terms and conditions apply to membership of the Principal Officers’ Association:
Maintaining membership requirements
If a person no longer satisfies the requirements for full membership or associate membership, the Board of the POA may:
• suspend
• terminate, or
• reclassify
such person’s membership.
Admission to membership
The Board of the POA may refuse admission to membership.
Right to call for information
The Board of the POA may call for any information about qualifications for membership that it deems desirable. The Board may call for such information from members and prospective members.
